Vocation Discernment Retreats

This Benedictine monastery has a vocation discernment weekend each quarter. the next dates are:

  • October 28-30, 2011

Retreats begin with vespers Friday evening and conclude Sunday afternoon. Time is spent in prayer with the monks, silent reflection and conferences on the monastic way of life. There is ample opportunity to discuss vocational discernment with novice and junior monks and with your fellow retreatants.

Is God calling you to monastic life? Would you like to learn more about Trappist-Cistercian Life? If so, and you are a single Catholic male, 21 to 50 years of age you are invited to join the monks at the Abbey for a Vocation Discernment Retreat Weekend from

  • 2012: May 25-27 or August 31-September 2
  • 2013: May 24-26 or August 31-September 1
