Christendom
College is a four-year
coeducational Catholic
liberal arts college with
undergraduate and graduate
degree programs offered
on campuses in Front Royal,
VA, Alexandria, VA, and
Rome, Italy. Christendom's
goal is to provide a truly
Catholic education in fidelity
to the Magisterium of the
Church and thereby to prepare
students for their role
of restoring all things
in Christ.
The College's main
Front Royal campus
overlooks the Shenandoah
River with scenic views
of the neighboring
Blue Ridge Mountains.
Students from over
45 states and two foreign
countries are attracted

Admission
will be determined by a variety
of indicators including,
but not limited to, high
school grades, College
Board Scholastic Aptitude
Test (SAT I) or American
College Test (ACT) scores,
essays, and letters of recommendation.
Applicants are required to
write essays on these
topics: a) Why do you
want to attend Christendom
College? b) Describe
your life within your
family, and c) Describe
some person or experience
who/which has had a deep
impact on your life. |
| Spiritual
formation |
The
many spiritual and liturgical
disciplines available at
the college enable students
to have daily access to
Mass, Confession, Eucharistic
Adoration, Rosary, and
the Divine Office, as well
as prayers said in common
before meals and classes.
The chaplains moderate
a men’s oratory
and a women’s
oratory for the purposes
of discussing vocations
to the priesthood and
religious life. |
